Since opening in July 2024, Hub8 MX has become home to 57 businesses and over 500 jobs. Born out of our partnership with Cheltenham Borough Council, we're playing a pivotal role in revitalising the town centre with modern office space and bringing life back to the historic Minster Gardens.

As part of the Golden Valley development, Hub8 MX plays a key role in Cheltenham's growing technology cluster. Golden Valley is bringing together industry, academia, government and startups to tackle the UK's mission critical challenges in security and resilience, and Hub8 MX provides the workspace where this innovation community can connect and grow.

Hub8 MX offers flexible office space in the heart of Cheltenham town centre that adapts as your business grows. Hot desk memberships start at just £175 per month with no long-term commitment. Dedicated desks provide your own permanent workspace with lockable storage. Private offices accommodate teams from 6 to 50 people, giving you room to scale. With our 200-capacity event space (the largest in Cheltenham's workspace community), superfast 1GB broadband, and onsite Moosh cafe, we provide everything your business needs to thrive.
