Hub8 MX, opened 2024, is an urban regeneration scheme and a coworking space in Cheltenham aimed to supercharge the growth of our burgeoning cyber-tech sector and integrate it with our digital and creative communities.

Hub8 MX stands strategically at a prime location in the heart of Cheltenham's town centre. This visionary initiative, born out of our collaborative partnership with Cheltenham Borough Council, unveiled its doors in July 2024, playing a pivotal role in the Council's post-Covid recovery strategy. Notably, it takes on the role of the designated 'out-rider' for the Cyber Central Innovation Zone within the Golden Valley development.

Additionally, Hub8 MX proudly houses Cheltenham's Growth Hub centre, providing essential free-of-charge diagnostic services and business support interventions to early-stage businesses. Whether you're seeking an Event Space or a dynamic coworking space in Cheltenham for business growth, Hub8 MX is the place to be.

Hub8 MX is located in the heart of the town centre, close to the train and bus stations a short walk to local parks and surrounded by great shops, gyms and places to eat and drink.
