Hub8 MX, opened 2024, is an urban regeneration scheme and a coworking space in Cheltenham aimed to supercharge the growth of our burgeoning cyber-tech sector and integrate it with our digital and creative communities.

Hub8 MX stands strategically at a prime location in the heart of Cheltenham's town centre. This visionary initiative, born out of our collaborative partnership with Cheltenham Borough Council, unveiled its doors in July 2024, playing a pivotal role in the Council's post-Covid recovery strategy. Notably, it takes on the role of the designated 'out-rider' for the Cyber Central Innovation Zone within the Golden Valley development, offering an ideal start-up coworking space for emerging businesses.

Additionally, Hub8 MX proudly houses Cheltenham's Growth Hub centre, providing essential free-of-charge diagnostic services and business support interventions to early-stage businesses.
